Quality Fire & Life Safety Consultants was founded in 1983. Since its inception, Quality Fire has grown to become the nation’s largest and most respected provider of independent fire & life safety emergency preparedness consulting services. We serve 500+ of the New York Metropolitan area's largest and most reputable buildings and property management companies.

Our staff of consultants consists of former fire chiefs, captains, lieutenants, and firefighters with the FDNY. Additionally, many of our staff have special expertise in high-rise fire safety and prevention, having served in the FDNY’s Bureau of Fire Prevention. No other comparable consultancy has so much expertise under one roof. 

We serve a wide variety of New York’s buildings, including some of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan, such as the GM Building, NYU Buildings, the Tiffany Building and 7 World Trade Center. We also work for many of New York’s premier property management organizations, including Cushman & Wakefield, Silverstein Properties, GFP Real Estate, Kaufman Organization and Bernstein Real Estate.
